Great Father & Son service. Very personal and respectful. I had a fan motor replacement and was given options for OEM or aftermarket brand. Stuck with OEM. it was a smooth process and quick and now my fan on outside unit is working properly again and blowing out and up the air rather than reverse since the old one was on its way out. Abel the son has a great personality and skills to match. They were transparent all the way through the process and answered all my questions. They are honest and fair. Will be recommending them and using them for all my HVAC repairs and maintenance.

AC wasn't working and Johan was able to troubleshoot and fix the next day. It was a great experience overall. You can tell he takes his work seriously and I loved seeing his reaction when that AC was coming out the vents with the temperature in the 50's F. I asked him a lot of questions trying to better understand the issues and he took his time to explain everything in detail.

Johan has been to my house twice and I couldn't be more than satisfied with his work. The first time I called him the issue turned out to be non AC related but he spent an hour figuring it out and didn't charge me. The second time he replaced my furnace blower motor. He got to me within hours of my call, his prices were fair and his work is good. I prefer to work with small local businesses and Johan is exactly what I was looking for.
